Coli. Bio X Cell employs state of the art fermentation technologies; such as stirred tank fermenters and wavebag systems and our production capacity ranges from 5 to 500L. We are also equipped and experienced to purify recombinant proteins carrying affinity tags like Fc-region, poly-his, flag and GST.

This service includes fermentation of the hybridoma in bioreactors, harvest of the cell
culture supernatant by centrifugation and concentration by 50kD ultrafiltration.
Purification is performed by Protein A or G affinity chromatography. The purified
antibody is dialyzed into PBS and filter sterilized.
